PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The unprecedented speed of change in our world is predominantly driven by new digital technologies that completely reshape how business is done. The objective of the Program is to prepare mid to senior level executives for the opportunities and challenges of the Digital Age by offering them the essential insights and practical tools they can apply from tomorrow.
The Program Instructors and Guest Speakers will share their experience with the participants and guide them through the process of rethinking their situations and approaches to driving digital transformation initiatives and future-proofing their organizations with enhanced digital innovation capabilities.
THE PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON
- DIGITAL TRENDS: what are the most important trends to be aware of and leverage in different industries, including Generative AI, IOT, new digital enabled business models, new generations of digital customers?
- STRATEGY: How to win in the digital world? What is a good strategy? What digital business models can you use, how to use digital capability as a competitive advantage?
- DATA: What is your Data Capital, and how you can leverage it? How to identify your potential and enhance your business with data?
- GenAI: Executive AI awareness. What are alternative AI strategies and AI based business models? How to create an AI – enabled business?
- TRANSFORMATION: How to transform your business for the digital world? Leading a Transformation process, Organizational models, Agile Organization and Digital Business.
- CULTURE: How to create the capabilities, talent and culture for digital business?
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program is a combination of intensive on-site days (“Camps”) and 2 individual mentoring sessions with the Program Instructors. During the Camps, you will work in small teams of maximum 6 leaders, each small team supported by one of the Program Instructors.
We will spend most of the Camp times focusing on your specific digital leadership situations, and mentoring sessions add to that by individual consultation with your Program Instructor.
ABOUT THE FACULTY
Krisztián began his career in 1998 at Providencia Biztosító Zrt. in Hungary. Between 2005 and 2008, he served as Managing Director responsible for the non-life insurance at Groupama Biztosító Zrt. He then continued his career in Russia, where he first held the position of Vice President at Renaissance Insurance Group and later founded and developed SRAVNIKUPI.RU. After 2010, he led the non-life insurance at UNIQA Biztosító Zrt., becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2012 and serving as CEO between 2016 and 2020. From 2017 he built up CHERRISK.com, the international digital startup of UNIQA Group. From 2021 to 2023 he was a member of UNIQA’s international executive board, and since 2023, he holds the position of CEO at UNIQA Biztosító Zrt.
András joined OTP Bank in 2015 and has been leading the bank’s innovation area, OTP LAB, since 2017. His responsibilities include AI, robotization and automation, startup and fintech collaborations and investments, venture building, innovation management and technological R&D. Prior to joining the bank, he worked as a management consultant across Europe and the United States, first at KPMG. Later, he worked at AltmanSolon on strategy, product development and M&A projects, primarily in the financial, telecommunication and technology sectors. András holds degrees in economics and technology management from Corvinus University of Budapest and Columbia University in New York.
