LEADING CHANGE-READY ORGANIZATIONS

CHANGE IS CONSTANT AND HARDER THAN EVER TO NAVIGATE

The Leading Change-Ready Organizations Program strengthens your capabilities in change management and adaptive leadership—so you can navigate uncertainty and lead with confidence.

PROGRAM
OBJECTIVE

Leading through continuous change and uncertainty is probably the biggest challenge of leaders today and the need for being ready for “anything that might happen” is stronger than ever.

The objective of the program is to prepare mid-to-senior level leaders for these challenges using Corvinus-SEED’s practical, “DO-HOW focused” approach.

KEY FOCUSES:

We guide you through what makes truly change-ready organizations—and translate it into practical leadership tools to build a “changeSPACE” organization.

  • Diagnose what your organization needs to become truly change-ready
  • Reflect on your strengths and development areas as a ‘SPACE’ leader
  • Commit to the leadership changes that will create your own changeSPACE

THE PROGRAM IS PERFECT FOR

Senior leaders responsible for driving change initiatives and transformation across their organization, including C-level and business unit leaders

Leaders operating in uncertain and rapidly changing environments who need to strengthen their ability to lead through change

Leaders who want to build more agile, change-ready organizations and mobilize their people to embrace and sustain change
