The Innovation Strategist

HOW TO BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING INNOVATIVE BUSINESS

Driving innovation in established organizations requires more than ideas: it demands the ability to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and execute with discipline.

This program equips leaders to turn innovation challenges into actionable strategies and measurable business impact through hands-on practice and real-world application.

PROGRAM
OBJECTIVE

Leaders are expected to spark creativity, empower people, and drive outcomes — all while navigating the tensions between agility and discipline, or autonomy and alignment.

Grounded in Corvinus-SEED’s DO-HOW approach, this program equips participants with the tools, mindsets, and behaviors needed to build and lead innovative organizations — and to scale that innovation into sustainable business success.

KEY FOCUSES:

  • Explore real-world innovation paradoxes through CEE case studies and peer discussions
  • Understand and practice the five creative tensions of the innovation leaders through complex innovation challenge exercises and role-playing
  • Build execution confidence through feedback and stakeholder pitching
  • Create your own innovation strategy

Business leaders, team leads, and innovation champions responsible for turning innovation into concrete business results

Executives working in established or scaling organizations who need to drive innovation despite complexity and resistance

Leaders facing real innovation challenges who want to strengthen their ability to execute, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact
