SEED EXECUTIVE SCHOOL

our story

SEED Executive School was founded based on our strong belief that world class business education is not the sole privilege of prestigious US and Western European institutions. Our region has an impressive track record in giving exceptional professionals to the world who in many cases made their careers elsewhere.

By providing Ivy League business education with a regional focus and integrating international best practices our aim was to offer an attractive alternative to the talented leaders and managers of the region, and to professionals coming from other parts of the world. Through keeping and attracting this intellectual capital, enabling them to build their careers and professional network locally, our main mission is to contribute to the development of regional competitiveness. This is what led us and our committed founding partners, MOL and OTP Bank to start our first Business Leadership Program in 2014 with 18 participants.

From January 2026, we became part of Corvinus University of Budapest, continuing our work as the university’s official executive education unit under the name: Corvinus School for Executive Education and Development (Corvinus–SEED).

This integration marks a strategic milestone, joining SEED’s practice-driven executive learning approach with Corvinus’s academic excellence and international outlook. Together, we form Hungary’s largest university-based executive education provider, with a shared ambition to become a leading executive business school in Central and Eastern Europe.

What remains unchanged is our commitment to impact: practical, experience-based learning journeys, led by senior executives and mentors, designed for leaders ready to shape the future of business.

With over 2,000 participants and alumni, and trusted by more than 300 companies, our program portfolio now supports leadership development across all levels of an organization, and as a sign of growing regional outreach, over 60% of our participants are non-Hungarians.
