Journey

PRE-COURSE
PREPARATION

Your journey begins before the first camp: you complete the myLEADERSHIPchallenge, the Transformational Leader Survey, and meet your mentor to frame your focus.

CAMP 1
In-Person
3 DAYS

The first camp focuses on strengthening your foundation as a top leader by sharpening self-awareness, clarifying your role at the top of the organization, and defining your personal leadership direction.

Participants work on becoming more authentic and mindful leaders while identifying key development areas. At the same time, the camp equips you to navigate uncertainty and shape a strategy and execution approach that sustains high performance.

SPRINT 1
3 MONTHS

After the first camp, you will be guided by your mentor and coach in following through on your commitments and applying your learning in real situations. Throughout the program, you can take part in up to 12 mentoring, coaching, or Executive Essentials modular sessions, choosing the combination that best supports your development.

The second camp focuses on shaping your transformational leader profile and strengthening your ability to lead change at scale.

Participants develop the capability to build agile organizations, shape culture, and navigate complex stakeholder environments. At the same time, the camp enhances your ability to communicate with impact, including in high-stakes media situations.

SPRINT 2
3 MONTHS

As you continue your journey, you will be supported by your mentor and coach in applying your learning in real situations and turning your commitments into visible results.

The third camp focuses on strengthening your ability to drive transformation through data, technology, and organizational alignment.

Participants learn how to leverage digital and AI capabilities, make better decisions, and build the governance and communication needed to mobilize their organization. The camp also sharpens how you influence key decisions and create competitive advantage, including through ESG.

SPRINT 3
3 MONTHS
In the final implementation period, you will be helped by your mentor and coach in consolidating your learnings, embedding your changes in your leadership practice, and preparing for the final stage of your journey.

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

For the program application, please click here or find the Apply button (in Price section). The program acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our team of program managers to ensure the best fit between applicants and programs.

WILL I HAVE TO DO ANY PREPARATION BEFORE ATTENDING THE PROGRAM?

After your completed application, you’ll receive communication from the program managers. The information we send will direct you to our online learning platform, which will include all the pre-course surveys, and prelimiary tasks and an introduction to your fellow participants.

WHAT ARE THE LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS?

The program will be held in English, therefore we recommend it to leaders, who are fluent in English.
