Ahead of the program, you define a real AI or data-driven transformation challenge from your own organization — whether it is strengthening decision-making, building a stronger data culture, identifying high-value AI opportunities, or redesigning operating models for greater business impact. This ensures you enter the journey with a clear strategic focus and real organizational context.
The first camp focuses on helping you understand how AI and data reshape business performance, leadership, and competitive advantage. You will explore how to turn technological acceleration into actionable strategy by strengthening decision cultures, organizational readiness, and data-driven leadership capabilities.
Through real executive cases, practical frameworks, and interactive discussions, you will learn how to define your data advantage, identify meaningful AI opportunities, and build operating models where AI and data support measurable business outcomes across the organization.
Between the camps, you apply the frameworks and insights directly to your own AI or data-driven transformation challenge, supported by mentoring that helps you refine priorities, challenge assumptions, and translate ideas into actionable business decisions.
You will work on strengthening your organization’s decision culture, identifying practical AI and data opportunities, and shaping transformation initiatives that create measurable impact in your real business environment.
The second camp focuses on strengthening your ability to lead AI- and data-driven transformation through execution, organizational alignment, and strategic decision-making. You will explore how to scale transformation initiatives while navigating complexity, resistance, and changing business realities.
You will learn how to build stronger governance, align data and AI initiatives with business priorities, and create operating models where technology, leadership, and organizational capabilities work together to drive sustainable performance and long-term competitive advantage.
Between the second camp and the closing session, you continue working on your own transformation challenge with targeted mentoring support. This phase helps you sharpen strategic priorities, strengthen stakeholder alignment, and refine how AI and data initiatives connect to measurable business value.
You will focus on translating learning into execution by building stronger leadership alignment, improving organizational readiness, and preparing practical next steps that can sustain transformation momentum beyond the program.
At the end of the journey, you reflect on your progress, key leadership insights, and the evolution of your transformation challenge throughout the program. You will consolidate your strategic roadmap and define how to continue scaling AI- and data-driven capabilities within your organization.
