What does it take to make a real impact as a leader? The Business Leadership Program strengthens your business leadership and management capabilities in real organizational contexts, helping you turn business strategy into daily leadership decisions.

The first camp focuses on strengthening your foundation as a business leader by clarifying your values, aspirations, and leadership direction.
Participants deepen their self-awareness, reflect on what makes people follow you, and strengthen their ability to select and develop team. At the same time, the camp builds your capability to define strategy and manage your energy to lead effectively.
Building on your first commitments, you will be guided by your mentor and coach in applying your learning in real-life situations and turning your commitments into visible results. Throughout the program, you can take part in up to 9 mentoring or coaching sessions, with the flexibility to combine them in the way that suits you best.
The second camp focuses on strengthening your ability to lead the business through execution, transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
Participants develop their capability to build strong leadership teams, drive execution, and lead change in a structured way. The camp also sharpens how you engage customers and stakeholders while embedding new leadership habits and behaviors.
At the end of the journey, you reflect on your progress through a second LER survey, feedback from your supervisor, and your own self-assessment. You receive your Corvinus–SEED certificate and become a part of the alumni community.

During the BLP journey, you will learn what and how to do with each “ball” and how to juggle with them simultaneously.

Leadership begins with YOU.
The first “ball” is about you, and how you make direct impact on others. If you cannot manage yourself, forget about everything else. Leadership must be based on being AUTHENTIC and BALANCED, having a strong ASPIRATION to create new value in the world, making the right DECISIONS and INSPIRING others around you.
You will have multiple opportunities to reflect on yourself and get feedback from your team-mates, mentors and coaches during the journey.
SERVE YOUR PEOPLE
Leadership is not a position, but a SERVICE.
Leadership is about being followed by others. Not by authority and force. But why should anybody follow you? How will you create an ENVIRONMENT people want to join and stay at? How will you SELECT and DEVELOP your people? How will you BUILD a great leadership team around you where your common goals are more important than individual interests?
Finding the answers is what is the second “ball” about.
DRIVE YOUR BUSINESS
At the end of the day, this is about building a great business.
With the third “ball” you get into defining a good STRATEGY, differentiating your offer, finding your value proposition and TRANSFORMING and navigating your business through an ever changing environment.
As a leader you are designing the organization you need, you are the one LEADING CHANGE, and creating CUSTOMER CENTRICITY.

After your completed application, you’ll receive communication from the program managers. The information we send will direct you to our online learning platform, which will include all the pre-course surveys, and prelimiary tasks and an introduction to your fellow participants.
The program is available in English or in Hungarian, which allows the participants to choose our programs in their preferred language. The English and Hungarian programs run on different occasions, for detailed schedule please check out our program dates and calendar.
