The program was well-organized and we touched on some very useful topics: it was less theoretical and much more focused on practical application. Working in small groups was great because the mentor had more time to devote to everyone, sharing experiences, tricks, and tips.

The program was very practical; its major advantage was that we could apply the theoretical material in practice and work through it together. It was valuable to see how team members from different industries and backgrounds approached each situation. The two faculty members were extremely well prepared and practical.
