ABOUT THE FACULTY
Dóra has over 20 years of experience and has overseen investment and corporate lending deals worth more than 300 million euros. With insight from both sides of the negotiating table, she offers a unique view on complex business and financial dealings.
At OTP Bank, she led the Project Finance and Special Transactions department for 15 years, overseeing major project finance deals. Later, at Hiventures, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s top venture capital firms, her team supported high-potential Hungarian startups across incubation, seed, and growth phases.
Today, Dóra leads her own advisory firm, helping clients grow beyond organic limits, navigate financial distress, and manage business sales or succession.
