Tamás Hák-Kovács has been recognised with the SEED Excellence Award

For the first time in SEED’s history, we awarded some of our most successful Alumni members with the SEED Excellence Award in November 2022.

Tamás Hák-Kovács is the Chairman and CEO of DSK Bank, and he took part in two of SEED’s programs in the previous years: he was a participant at out Business Leadership Program in 2017 and at our Mastering/Managing* Change and Agility program in 2020.

He received the SEED Excellence Award for the following achievements:

• outstanding professional and leadership performance in the CEO position of DSK Bank, which was awarded with the Bulgarian b2b Magazine – Team Lead of the Year, in recognition of the bank’s successful transformation, enhancing customer experience and increasing employee satisfaction and well-being
• unique company-level achievements during his 2 years as CEO – leading a successful corporate merger and creating a comprehensive, innovative digitalization program – recognised with the Euromoney Country Awards for Excellence (2021, 2022)
• creating a modern, innovative corporate culture and initiating attitude in increasing employee satisfaction, development of employees and creating a motivating working environment

“Thanks to the leadership management program I got the oportunity to start working in DSK, and working in DSK with all the experience I had enabled me to rephrase the aspiration for the bank. We said, that we won’t settle for average. This is another important message from the leadership program.”
