Zsuzsa’s career of more than 40 years was mainly characterized by initiating and supporting organizational transformations, both in the private as well as the public sector, ranging from the privatization of a commercial bank over the integration of the national central bank into the European System of Central Banks to the change of model of Corvinus University Budapest. 

She developed and implemented innovative HR strategies, aligned with the different business strategies of the respective organizations (performance-oriented and empowerment-based enterprise culture, performance management, career development, leadership development, etc.). 

Her experience during seven years with her own consultancy firm further enlarged and enriched her understanding for the different transformational needs of the business world, including several SMEs. 

During her career she always stayed in close contact with the academic world, not only by teaching but also by building bridges via the transfer of business knowledge to academia and the import of academic thinking into businesses. 

This close link culminated in her involvement in the most innovative transformation, the model change of Corvinus University Budapest, by successfully bringing strategic HR from the international business world to an academic institution. 

Staying long enough in each of her professional assignments allowed her to witness the impact and the results of her HR initiatives on the overall performance of the institutions. 

Besides her professional jobs, she always contributed with her knowledge and experiences to the development of the HR profession in Hungary by taking part in various training and development initiatives for HR professionals.
