PRE-COURSE
PREPARATION

In preparation for the program, you take part in an individual intake interview to define your personal challenges and goals for this program and complete a personality profile to deepen your self-awareness.

CAMP 1
In-Person
2 DAYS

The first camp focuses on understanding yourself as a leader by exploring your identity, values, and leadership aspirations.

Participants strengthen their self-awareness, reflect on their strengths, and learn how to build confidence and authenticity in their leadership style. The camp also addresses gender bias and equips you with practical ways to navigate it while building trust and influence in your environment.

SPRINT 1
2 MONTHS

Between the camps, you will have the opportunity to join a mentoring session to reflect on your progress, strengthen your leadership presence, and apply your learning in your day-to-day role.

2 DAYS

The second camp centres on strengthening your leadership presence and advancing your career with intention.

Participants develop their communication, feedback, and stakeholder engagement skills, while building the confidence and gravitas needed to lead with impact. The camp also helps you leverage your network and align your career aspirations with your broader life goals, enriched by real experiences shared by guest speakers.

SPRINT 2
2 MONTHS

Before the closing, you can take part in a mentoring session to move forward with clarity, sharpen your career direction, and take the next steps in applying your learning.

At the end of the journey, you reflect on your progress and continue forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger support network to sustain your development.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

The lack of women leaders in our organizations continues to be a challenge even with their proven positive impact on economic returns and growth.

Women’s self-confidence and awareness of their authentic leadership style and strengths are the foundation for purposefully building their business interactions, trust, and success.

How can we build self-confidence? How can we draw on each other’s experiences to reveal our authentic leadership style and personal vision that support our leadership aspirations?

This course will enhance your self-awareness, and will provide you with the broader understanding on women’s challenges at the workplace, and tools and techniques how to address them.

  • Understand and cultivate each participant’s own leadership style and utilize its strength to create impact and build partnerships in the workplace.

  • Craft a personal leadership vision that can be integrated with your life-goals.
  • Reveal and address the systematic gender-bias barriers and develop skills to address them.
  • Improve communication skills and emotional intelligence; understand the elements of gravitas to elevate your executive presence.
  • Learn how to support each other through coaching-style conversations.

Dr. Anita Csoma

Anita is an innovation and business leader, with more than two decades of experience working in European and North American Energy Companies. She has a wide arrays of leadership experience including designing and building interdisciplinary research and service teams, developing, managing, and implementing portfolio of projects across multiple organizations, and transforming large organizations to support business needs.

Fanni is an performance coach, trainer and HR executive, member of Y2Y Consulting. She leads individual and team coaching sessions for senior leaders as well as full scope development programs for executive teams in various industries (i.e. retail, energy, air-traffic, banking etc.). Recently she was the head of HR at one of the most prestigious hospitality groups in Hungary. Before, she spent 12 years leading global, regional and local HR consulting projects in Switzerland and in Hungary.
